The Best Pumpkin Spice Granola

pumpkin spice granola

Fall isn’t too far off, and I am so excited! I love the warm, cozy vibes, the amazing scents we connect with the fall season, and I’m so in love with pumpkin spice. This pumpkin spice granola is a pantry staple for my house in the fall, and honestly, all year round. The warming spices make the house smell so wonderful, and the fresh ginger is a total game changer. If you’re looking for the perfectly crunchy, warm and cozy, best smelling granola, you’re in the right place. And did I mention this granola is 100% vegan! (Basically maple instead of honey wink wink!)

What Spices can you put in?

You can add anything you want, but personally, I love using fresh ginger. Ginger is warming, aids in circulation, digestion, and all around is a miracle herb. You may roll your eyes when you see fresh ginger, but you can easily peel it with the back of a spoon. Then use a microplane to grate it quickly. Don’t skimp on this, it really makes the difference. Cinnamon is also an herb that not only is a staple during fall baking, but is great for circulation and a warming herb to use more of as the weather gets colder. Don’t hold back if you love it!

Can you Make it Gluten Free?

Yes! Bob’s Red Mill has amazing Gluten-Free Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats. You can find these at most grocery stores, and it’s a great value for the size of the package, or click here to find them on my shop page! These oats also come with super high reviews, and I would definitely recommend them.

What can you eat it with?

The options are really endless, and this definitely satisfies that pumpkin spice craving.

  • On top of chia pudding

  • On top of overnight oats

  • Sprinkled in your morning yogurt parfait

  • Plain with oat milk like a cereal substitute! (Personal fav!)

  • As a topping on an apple crumble

  • On Nadamoo Vanilla Bean ice cream

Welcome the fall season with the coziest, best smelling granola. This granola is so easy to make, and is so flavorful. Add in your favorite nuts and seeds, but make sure you use fresh ginger – the secret to why this granola tastes so good. After one batch, you’ll definitely understand why this is a fall pantry staple.
